Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and handed off to our fulfillment partner within 1–2 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Times

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Delivery estimates are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed, as they depend on the carrier.

We currently ship within the United States only.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, or events outside our control (e.g., severe weather). If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, contact us at ochawamatcha@gmail.com and we'll help you track it down or work out a resolution.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address, though we're happy to help however we can if this happens.
